What We Have To Offer
Our gym has everything you need to improve your physique. The main gym floor has plenty space and heaps of free weights. Our golden prowler runway runs down the center of the gym providing a multi-function area for all types of workouts.
At Ritual Fitness, not only do we offer group fitness classes, we also have 1-to-1 personal training available. Not to mention, our upstairs yoga studio to help combine the benefits of training and recovery.

As the founder of Ritual Fitness, my team and I have abandoned traditional methods of measuring body composition, such as skin fold calipers and tracking scale weight, in favor of the Evolt 360. The Evolt 360 provides more accurate measurements and allows us to tailor nutrition plans for clients more easily. Our gym has seen an increase in accuracy from members who come in to use the Evolt 360 and check in on their health.
